ReplyDeleteoh sigh...can I come over for supper?! Delicious. Do you make your own roti? What kind of a pan do I need....my husband's aunti taught me once a long time ago...how to make chapati, it is thicker than roti right? Or is it the same? I just remember it was a very flat and 'edgeless' pan. I would pat the top with a wet cloth to 'raise' the middle and the loveliest little 'bubbles' appeared.
