Ingredients -
Spinach - 1-2 large bunch
Methi - 1 small bunch ( use your discretion - according to taste)
Corn - 100 gms
Onion - 1 large
Chillie powder
Ginger-garlic paste
Heat a little oil in a wok. Add the chopped onions, saute.
Add ginger garlic paste
Add chopped spinach, methi
Continue to saute
Add the corn, salt, chillie powder.
Add required amount of water ( it will need only a little amount)
Cover and cook till
The methi masks the palak taste and adds a flavour of its own. Try it. Healthy too.
