Bombay Toast


Everyone knows the recipe. Brown bread has been used here to fool oneself into thinking that it is a healthy breakfast. But in many ways it is a complete meal in all respects. The brown bread for the fiber ( and of course the carbs), good quality protein in egg and you have milk. If you can limit the sugar and the fat, it is a good proper breakfast.
