Cauliflower - Potato Curry

Cauliflower - One medium (500 gms)
Potato - 2 small
Onions - 3 medium - dice
Green Chillie - 6-7
Tomato puree - 5 tbsp
Turmeric
Corriander leaves - 1 bunch
Jeera - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Dhania powder - 1 tsp
Chillie powder - add only if necessary
Salt to taste.

Cut the cauliflower into small florets and soak a while in salt water.
Cut potato into small.medium pieces.
Boil the cauliflower and potato till cooked. Onion cut into 4-5 pieces can be added to the vegetables while cooking.
Saute the diced onion till brown. Grind to fine paste with jeera, green chillies and corriander leaves.
Add the paste to the cooked vegetable, add garam masala powder, salt, tomato puree, turmeric. Chilie powder if you need a little more spice.
Bring to a boil. Simmer for a while and bring to a semi solid consistency so that it can be eaten either with rotis or rice.
