Having guests for lunch, VK made the raw banana (green plantain) chips. They were yummy.
Raw Banana - 2 nos
Salt to taste
Chilie powder - to taste
Oil - for deep frying
Peel the banana.
Slice into chips.
Soak in water.
Heat oil for deep frying
Remove few sliced banana chips at a time from the water.
Drain well.
Slip carefully into hot oil.
Fry till golden brown
Remove and keep on tissue paper
Once all are done.
Sprinkle salt and chile powder.
Toss and Serve.
