For 1 serving:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 onion - chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tomato ( small) - optional
1/4 cup - green peas ( I used frozen peas)
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste ( optional - I avoided this ingredient)
1-2 green chillies - finely chopped - according to taste, but remember oats is very bland
Lime juice - few drops
Coriander leaves for garnish
In a microwave safe bowl, add olive oil, cumin, onion, turmeric powder, paste, green chillies
Microwave for 4 mins.
Add the green peas, chopped tomatoes, microwave again with a lid - fresh peas can pop - so chop themEat it while it is hot.
