Ingredients
Rice flour – 250 gms
Black gram dal – 30 gms ( roast till slightly brown and grind to fine powder)
Salt to taste
Bengal gram dal – 20 gms ( soak in water)
Green chillies – to taste ( chop finely)
Onion – 1 chop finely

Curry leaves - few - shredded
Asafoetida – pinch
Butter – 30 gms ( if salted, take into account when you put in salt)
Oil for frying.
To the rice flour add the roasted powdered dal.
Add the soaked Bengal gram dal
Add finely chopped green chillies, onion, salt, asafoetida.
Put in the butter.
