Ribbon Pakodi

Ingredients
Chick pea flour ( besan) – 250 gms
Butter or ghee – 30 gms
Cumin seeds – 25 gms
Salt and chillie powder to taste.
Oil for deep frying.
Mix all the ingredients - flour, butter, cumin, salt and chillie powder.

Add water and make a firm but slightly soft dough
Put in the mould and press into hot oil.

Fry till golden brown.

Cool and store in airtight tin.
