Appam and Vegetable Stew. Not too bad considering I made Appam the first time. Was simple - got the ready flour from a Kerala Store, added some coconut milk, salt, sugar and made a dosa like batter. Kept it aside for 2 hours. Heated a wok, smeared oil, poured some batter and swirled the wok. Cover and keep till the upper side is done.
