Mixed Vegetable curry

The man made this lovely vegetable curry. No recipe since he just uses the ingredients available. He did use a ready tomato onion garlic paste. And as a binder the new secret ingredient - a few tablespoons of potato flakes. The neatly cut pieces of potato, carrot, capsicum , tomato and onion stand out. Taste was outstanding.
